WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE?

Orders placed on ocean-heritage.com can be delivered in mainland France, excluding Corsica. Unfortunately, orders cannot be delivered to the French Overseas Territories.

Processing times are for business days only (Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays).

An order is only sent once it has been processed.

Your order is processed the same day wherever possible or the first following business day. Please note that preparation time can take up to 24 working hours.


Express delivery : 6.5€ (free delivery if order >89€). The same day (if working day and order placed before 2 p.m.) otherwise the next working day. 1 working day. 2 working days

Delivery to Relay Point: free delivery for all orders. The same day (if working day and order placed before 2 p.m.) otherwise the next working day. 1 working day. 2 working days



CAN I GET DELIVERED ABROAD?

Orders placed on ocean-heritage.com can be delivered to all countries of the European Union. Unfortunately we do not deliver to other European countries and the rest of the world. After processing, the orders will be sent by our carrier Chronopost according to the delivery times and the Chrono Classic or Express rates which will appear in the delivery costs during your purchasing journey. Delivery may take between 2 and 5 working days depending on the country.

DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

For any returns, please send us an email to the following address contact@ocean-heritage.com in order to open a return request.
Please specify: your order number, the product(s) returned, the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for exchange or refund.
This way you will be assured of the proper processing of your request and greater speed in its management.

Two scenarios are possible when processing your return request.

1 - Have you changed your mind? No problem, in accordance with current regulations, any Customer can return their item and request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns are the responsibility of the Customer. The product for which the Customer requests a refund must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

It is not necessary to attach any document to the package.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number and send it to us. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints.
If the item is refused by oceanheritage, it will be returned to the Customer at oceanheritage's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.
Orders placed on the oceanheritage website cannot be returned or exchanged in stores

2 – Are you experiencing a usage problem or does the item seem defective? Please specify your problem in your email to contact@ocean-heritage.com. We will then contact you to take stock. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and will exchange or refund the item upon receipt.
